how can one call this place a riad? the plumbing was appalling, water just wouldn’t drain! i requested a room change but was told none were available, utterly ridiculous for a "deluxe" room. they could’ve at least offered a welcome gift for such a terrible experience but clearly that would have been too much to ask. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and always available to assist, especially Khaled and Soukaina, who made my stay memorable.
The hotel is located within a market area, making it challenging to access by car and requiring a long walk to reach the entrance with your bags.

The hospitality felt exceptional, with staff going out of their way to provide assistance and local insights. Breakfast featured delicious local vegetables, showcasing the authentic flavors of the region. However, the bathroom facilities were quite cramped, and the plumbing left much to be desired, causing some inconvenience during the stay. Additionally, the lighting in the rooms was inadequate, impacting overall comfort.
